EHR | MIH / Community Paramedicine Run Type Mobile Integrated Health (MIH)/Community Paramedicine has been added to ESO EHR to better support the unique workflow requirements of agencies that document MIH/CP visits. This feature will be available to all customers on ESO EHR before Wave 2025.

In this proposed rule change announced by CMS on May 12, 2025, as per the description from CMS, “would end states’ ability to exploit a health care-related tax loophole currently used by seven states to generate billions in federal Medicaid payments…without contributing their fair share or expanding care for Medicaid enrollees.”
