I am in the fly car and a BLS crew is in the ambulance. I don’t see anyone on two passes, but then I hear the BLS unit radio they’ve found him. They overdose behind the dumpster where I give them naloxone and put them in the ambulance. We’re dispatched to an overdose on Ashley Street. He used to own his own construction company.

A BLS unit just called for a medic for seizures, but they dispatched someone else. I also collected several syringes to dispose of in the ambulance’s sharps box and found a couple empty naloxone nasal injectors. I intercepted with a BLS crew for an unresponsive diabetic. We’re a little more than halfway through the shift.
