Marc-André Périard is Paramedic Chief and Emergency Services Director for the United Counties of Prescott and Russell. He has been in paramedicine since 1990, starting as a primary care paramedic in the Ottawa area. He then served the City of Ottawa as an Advanced care paramedic until moving to Prescott and Russell as a Supervisor. There he was given the opportunity to become Emergency Management Coordinator and then became Deputy Chief of QA.
