NY Town Board Gives Conditional OK for Ambulance District

Average response time was 9 minutes, 27 seconds, in February using ambulances assigned by Ulster County Emergency Management. Before the agreement, response times averaged 10 minutes, 56 seconds, in 2024 before declining to 10 minutes, 6 seconds, in January. Town Board members expect the district to have a $1.34
