Code Blue: A Case of a Patient with Cyanosis and Hypoxia

Physical exam was significant for subconjunctival pallor, unilateral lower extremity cellulitis that was painful to the touch, and perioral cyanosis (Image 1). Paramedics noted normal inspiratory effort and clear lung sounds without wheezes or crackles, regular heart rate with atrial fibrillation and good peripheral pulses, and no extremity edema.
