He became pulseless on more than 1 occasion ( presumably in EMD ) — but responded to resuscitation + treatment with pressors, by regaining a pulse with a spontaneous rhythm. MY Thoughts regarding ECG #2: The patient’s clinical condition worsened the next day. Troponins increased greatly — and the patient became increasingly hypoxic.
